I never leave reviews but I had to share how amazing the baked goods were from here!! Absolutely my new favorite bakery in Austin, I will probably be back every weekend. We got the cinnamon roll and two different blueberry pastries and WOW! Definitely check this place out, you will not regret it!

JoJo’s Bakery is absolutely adorable. The vintage decor creates a cozy atmosphere, the pastries are delicious, and the self-serve coffee was fresh and very hot. The food came out amazing—everything tasted fresh, homemade, and made with care. Overall, it’s a charming place that I’d definitely recommend. The only downside was the cook. The kitchen is open to the dining area, and throughout our visit he appeared visibly frustrated and was speaking sharply to employees when they asked questions. Unfortunately, it was hard not to notice and it took away from the otherwise welcoming vibe. Hopefully it was just an off day, because everything else about the bakery was wonderful.

What just happened in my mouth?!? These are the BEST breakfast tacos I’ve ever had in my life! I got the bacon and the waygu sausage breakfast tacos, and wow! They make their own tortillas and the ingredients are top notch quality. You can taste it. They griddle the tacos and the tortillas achieve the perfect amount of tender and crisp. And definitely get a side of salsa. They make it from scratch and it’s delicious- tangy, and slightly sweet almost. It’s different than any I’ve ever had and it is so good. And walking into this place feels like walking into your grandma’s house - sweet mis-matched China dishes and teacups and adorable patterned napkins. I’d post a picture of the whole tacos but I didn’t know they were gonna be so good, and once I took a bite, I went into a culinary euphoria and completely lost my mind. So here’s a picture of the last bite. 😊

Hidden gem in Cuernavaca! My family was so excited when Lily and her family opened Jojo’s. Their beautiful vision has come to life and we look forward to enjoying their bakery for years to come. The lunch options and pastries are amazing and the space is so cute. We just celebrated my partner’s 30th birthday there and it was so fun! Lily also made an amazing birthday cake!

The ONLY reason I didn’t give five stars for the food was the lack of frosting on the cinnamon roll- when I want a cinnamon roll, I think of either heaping buttercream or cream cheese frosting. The dough and cinnamon filling were very good, but the “glaze” frosting left a little to be desired. The environment was phenomenal, and I wish I could have stayed around longer to enjoy it or work. The lemon lime shortbread cookie was very good, VERY buttery and rich. I would definitely come back again!
